Road Transport Solutions
Our fleet of trucks are fully equipped to meet your trucking requirements. We have a variety of equipment available.
We strive to maintain a first-rate fleet of trucks and network of transporters, manned by drivers who share the same professional approach as Fame RTS towards customer satisfaction. We have been very fortunate in this respect, and have built up a loyal and highly reliable fleet of subcontractors who complement our own assets in the execution of our client’s requirements.
Our requirements to our subcontractors stipulate the minimum roadworthy and insurance requirements. In addition, we will require certified copies of the following:
- Proof of truck and trailer license that will be used for Fame RTS
- Identity document of the owner
- Identity document(s) of the driver(s)
- Drivers PDP license
Our coverage at this stage is, with focus on trucking to the following areas:
Western Cape – Cape Town and surrounds (locals), Cape Town To Gauteng/Durban
Gauteng – We have access to a rail account at city deep terminal, for all local containers that are railed up to city deep. Depots for storage, lifts and VGM
Durban – With this region being the GATEWAY TO AFRICA, we have dedicated transporters for all import, export and local delivery cargo. Depot facilities
Long Hauls – Durban/JHB pick and pack exports and imports, Cape Town JHB
Cross Border – All countries within Africa
